Gracie Mae McAfee

Gracie Mae McAfee, 74, of Springdale passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. She was born October 28, 1942 in Bradley, Arkansas to Emmett and Ola Faye Teague Spigner. Gracie worked for the Springdale School System for many years. She adored all the kids at John Tyson Elementary School in Springdale. She enjoyed joking and visiting with friends. Gracie loved all of her family and friends and held them dear to her heart. She was preceded in death by her Father, her husband, Jack McAfee and one sister, Bessie Cambra. Survivors include two sons, Chuck McAfee and wife Kim of Springdale and Jackie McAfee and wife Shelby of Siloam Springs; her mother, Ola Faye Clay of Springdale; Jesse Spigner and wife Phyllis of Fayetteville; four grandchildren, Danielle McAfee, Johnny Atteberry, Jackson McAfee and Dalton McAfee; two great-grandchildren, Trey Wilbanks and Kase Ferguson. Funeral services will be Friday, July 21, 2017 at 10 a.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale. Burial will follow in Elm Springs Cemetery.
