Angie Hackelton

Angie Hackelton, 64, of Roe, died July 23, 2017. She was born on December 5, 1952 in Little Rock Arkansas to the late Herman and Louis Smith Ray. She was a lifetime resident of Roe, Arkansas. Baptist by faith. Angie spent the majority of her life taken care of people, as she was a nurse for twenty years for Dr. Ben Pupsta. She also worked on the family farm driving tractors for several years. Angie was on the Roe City Council where she retired after twenty years of service. Angie loved her boys, and grandkids. She loved family gatherings and holidays, where she enjoyed cooking for her family. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Alvin Hackelton of 41 years. Survivors are her sons, Jimmy Hackelton (Monica) of Cabot, Travis Hackelton (Maryann) of Roe, and Terry Hackelton of Roe; four grandchildren, Tristyn and Jaci Hackelton of Clarendon, and Dagan and Daughtry Hackelton of Cabot. Visitation was Tuesday July 25, 6-8 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Clarendon. Services: Wednesday, July 26, 10 a.m. at the Missionary Baptist Church in Roe. Interment at Roe Cemetery.
