Sandra Kay Brown

Sandra Kay Fletcher Bethea Brown, 71, of Sheridan, Arkansas was born December 22, 1946, in Sherman, Texas, the daughter of the late Eugene Fletcher and Ruth O. Holcomb Fletcher Mahnick. She was a member of Second Baptist Church in Jacksonville but attended church at Crown Point Assisted Living in Sheridan. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, working crossword puzzles, and caring for her loved ones. She was also an artist. Ms. Brown died Friday, June 9, 2017 at Hospice Home Care. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Jessie R. Brown. Survivors: son, Michael Wayne Bethea (Kelly) of Sheridan; daughter, Lisa Archer (Jimmy) of Lonoke; three grandchildren, Rikki Bethea, Zachary Bethea, Emily Archer; four step-children; 16 step-grandchildren; 27 step-great-grandchildren, two great-great-step-grandchildren. Funeral: 10 a.m. Saturday, Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Visitation: 9 a.m. until service time.
