Ruth Jean Rogers

Ruth Jean Rogers, 84 of Bethany, Okla., formerly of Springdale passed away June 19, 2017 in Oklahoma City, Okla. She was born Feb. 1, 1933 in Lowes Creek, Ark., to Ralph and Leola Bonner Pendergrass. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Paul Rogers, one daughter, Pam Martin and one brother, Bonner Pendergrass. Survivors include one son, Phil Rogers of Bethany, Okla.; one daughter, Paula Landers of Bethany, Okla.; four grandchildren, Doug Mendonca and his wife Christy of Springdale, Ark., Crystal McCrea and husband James the Village, Oklah., Austin Rogers of Edmond, Okla., and Jennifer Rogers of Tampa, Fla.; five great-grandchildren, Joel, Jasper, Jackson Mendonca, Tristan and Paxton McCrea. Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale. Burial will follow in the Fayetteville National Cemetery.
