Visitation, Wednesday, March 8, 2017 between 1 p.m.–2 p.m. at Herndon-Pharr Funeral Home, 403 South Main, Hope, Arkansas. Graveside Service will follow at 2:30 p.m. in Memory Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Herndon-Pharr Funeral Home.
