Boby Joe "Bob" Boyd

Boby Joe "Bob" Boyd, 67, of Springdale, died Saturday, March 11, 2017 at his home. He was born Nov. 27, 1949 in Huntsville to Earl and Alma (Watkins) Boyd. Bob enjoyed trout fishing, gardening, football and baseball. He worked for more than 25 years for Tyson in the longhaul shop. Bob was a member of Christian Lighthouse Church. He is survived by his wife, Julie (Fletcher) Boyd; two children, Sarah Boyd of Dominican Republic, Matthew Body of Bloomfield, Mich.; and a sister, Earlene Howard and husband Jerry. He was preceded in death by a brother, Garry Boyd. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 14, at Heritage Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at Elm Springs Cemetery.
