Linda Lee Beatty

Linda Lee Beatty, 69 years old, born July 28, 1947 in Decatur, Ill., passed away peacefully in her home in Watson, Ark., March 15, 2017. Preceded in death by her mother, Hattie Lee Denler, Father, Earle Wayne Jeffers, and stepfather, Albert Thomas Denler. Also, two brothers, Gary Wayne Jeffers (Butch), and Clyde Davis Jeffers (Chuck). Survivors are her husband Fred Wyatt Beatty of Watson; seven children, Crystal Lee McInerney (Glenn) of Lawndale, Calif., Gary William King (Ede) of Lonoke, Ark., Lori Lee Clark (James) of Watson, Ark., Sherry Kay Williamson (Dave) of Long Beach, Calif., Brian Wyatt Beatty (Arlene) of Long Beach, Calif., Fred Wade Beatty of North Fork, Calif., and Keith Wyatt Beatty of Long Beach, Calif.; seven grandchildren, Anna Garner, Megan King, Gary McInerney, Amanda Platz, Dallas Beatty, Greg Machut, and Daniel Machut; four great-grandchildren. She worked as a Certified Public Accountant for Keenan & Associates in California. She and her husband were avid bowlers, playing for the Elk league and the Deer league at Palos Verdes Bowling Alley. Moving to Watson, Ark., in 1984, she and her husband along with their children opened Fred's Place Bar and Grill, and later bought the liquor store, F&L Liquor. Graveside service will be at 2 p.m., Monday, March 20, 2017, at Watson Cemetery. A family reunion will be arranged for later this summer.
