Audrey Ray

Audrey Elizabeth Ray, age 90, of Glen Rose, passed away Saturday, March 18, 2017. She was born April 23, 1926 in Malvern, Ark. Mrs. Ray was a hairdresser and a LPTN at the Arkansas Health Center. She was of the Jehovah Witness faith. Mrs. Ray was preceded in death by her parents, Clayton and Annie Jones; three brothers, Houston, Winfred and Clifton Jones and three sisters, Josie Green, Ardell Duty and Roselle Burkhart. She is survived by her husband, Jack W. Ray Sr.; son, Jack W. Ray Jr.; daughter, Debra Ann Baxter all of Glen Rose; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Sunday, March 19 at Ashby Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday, March 20 at Ashby Funeral Home with burial at Fairplay Cemetery.
