ANDY SECUBAN 78, died Friday, March 17, 2017, of Little Rock, Ark. with his family by his side. He was born Feb. 4, 1939, in Panay, Philippines. He leaves his wife of 46 years, Nenita Secuban; his daughter, Gigi Secuban; his daughter, Jojo Kittell and her husband, Michael Kittell; his daughter, Joy Secuban; four grandchildren; and many close friends.
