He was preceded in death by: son, Ronald Starks; daughter, Lisa Smith; brother, Ben Starks Jr.; sister, Arthea Miller; sister, Bobby Jean Starks; brother, Willie James. Curtis leaves to cherish memories: wife, Claudia Starks; children, Rickey J. Starks, Rev. Curtis Ben (Barbara) Starks Jr., Stephen (Valarie) Starks, Karen Starks, Rorey Starks, LaVoris Starks, Avery (LaJoyce) Starks, and Rhonda (DeMond Sr.)Ross; siblins, Ollie Mae Hendrick and Lucille Baldwin; twenty four grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
