Ruby Grace McKinney

Ruby Grace Stevenson McKinney passed away March 18 at White County Medical Center after a brave fight with cancer. She was born Jan. 18, 1933 in Lonoke; Ruby was a homemaker. She's survived by her partner, best friend, and caretaker Huey House of Mt. Vernon, son, Ken Dempsey (Mary Kay) of Gillett, grandson, Jeff Dempsey of San Antonio, Texas. Ruby was preceded in death by her parents William and Florence Stevenson, sisters: Dorothy Sanders, Gladys Dearing, Gertrude Thompson, and Francis Claypool; brothers: Buddy Stevenson, James Stevenson, Harvey Stevenson, Dale Stevenson, and Frank Stevenson. A Memorial Service will be at a later date. Memorials can be made to The American Cancer Society or Concord Cemetery Association in Furlow to Carol Depriest at 436 Furlow Loop, Lonoke, 72086.
