Bernice Jean Ferguson

Bernice Ferguson, 80, of Morrilton, went to be with the Lord April 28, 2017. She was born on June 4, 1936 to John and Mary Gibson in Little Rock, Ark. Bernice loved serving the Lord, spending time with her family, feeding the birds, visiting the ocean, and most importantly she loved to both read and write poetry. She worked in food service at North Little Rock Memorial Hospital and the Arkansas School for the Deaf. Bernice was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by three children; Linda Stephens, Laura Scarandle, Wesley Ferguson, two grandchildren; River and Atella. Visitation will be held at Griffin Leggett Forest Hills Funeral Home, Monday, May 8, 2017 at 1 p.m. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. with Brother Larry name officiating.
