Betty L. Willard, 72, of Bella Vista, Ark., died May 1 surrounded by loving family. Born Aug. 12, 1944 in Columbus, Ga. She is survived by her husband, Dan Willard; five children, nine grandchildren, six grandchildren, three sisters, and a brother. Services will be held in Georgia.
