Deborah Hobbs Kell

Deborah Hobbs Kell, 63, died May 22, 2017 in Pine Bluff. Debbie was co-owner and operator of Kell Athletic Goods. Survivors include her husband, Roger Kell; sons, Jerod Kell, Casey Kell; brother; and granddaughter. Her memorial service is Friday, 2 p.m. at Ralph Robinson & Son Chapel.
