Dianne Hadin Mooney

Dianne Hardin Mooney of Sheridan, Arkansas was born May 26, 1949 in Sheridan, Arkansas, the daughter of John Wesley Hardin and the late Josie Mae Flory Hardin. She was a member of Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Sheridan. Dianne died Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at her home surrounded by her family at the age of 68. Dianne had a zeal for life. She loved traveling, cooking, shopping, and going to the theatre. She had an abundance of "best friends" that she loved to spend time with. She was the life of the party, especially at Christmas. She loved to be at her lake house and go on boat rides. Her greatest passion in her life was her family, especially her son and his family. She owned her own advertising agency and production studio until her retirement. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Lee Mooney, brother and sister-in-law, John Driskell and Brenda Hardin and a sister, LaVonda Marshall. She is survived by her only child, a son, David Mooney and wife Jill; father, John Wesley Hardin; sisters, Kiska Atchley and husband Albert, and Twyla Treadway all of Sheridan; 3 grandchildren, Makara Mooney, Preslee Mooney, Gage Mooney; step-grandchildren, Madison Lunsford and Karli Lunsford and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Sunday, November 12, 2017 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with Bro. Calvin Holmes and Bro. Michael Walton officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers are David Mooney, John David Treadway, Billy Treadway, Nathan Atchley, David Crosswhite, Randy Mooney and Donnie Crosswhite.
