Robert E. Sharpe

ROBERT E. SHARPE, 74, of North Little Rock, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2017. He was born Nov. 16, 1942, in Knoxville, Tenn., to the late Georgia and Ivan Sharpe. He was a member of Levy Baptist Church where he served as a deacon and church treasurer as well as a lifelong soloist in the choir. He retired from Levi Strauss after 30 years working in a supervisor position. This job allowed Bob to travel all over the world. He was also a member of the Master Singers which allowed him to travel to the Ukraine to sing of God's love. Bob was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Judith L. Sharpe. Survivors include a son, Michael Dean Sharpe and a daughter, Kelly Kristine Ring (Aaron); two grandchildren: Georgia "Sage" and Aaron "Sharpe" Ring; his princess "Garbo"; and a sister, Patsy Moore. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 20, 2017, at Levy Baptist Church with a funeral beginning at 11 a.m. Entombment will be at Rest Hill Memorial Park.
