Webster L. Rogers

Webster L. Rogers, 90, of Fort Smith, Ark., passed away on Sunday, Nov. 26, 2017, in a local hospital. Funeral services are 9 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 30, 2017, at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith, Ark., with burial at 2 p.m. in Carlisle Cemetery in Carlisle, Ark. He is survived by his daughter, Janice Felder; two sons, James and Jon Rogers and two grandchildren. The family will visit with friends from 5-7 p.m.on Wednesday at the funeral home.
