MSgt (Ret.) Warren Ray Grogan, 66, of Beebe, Arkansas went to be with the Lord November 14, 2017. Warren Ray proudly served in the U.S. Air Force 24 years. As a Military Training Instructor, he led the way for new recruits; however, the majority of Warren Ray's service was as a Combat Arms Instructor. He mentored his students and his CATM teams, and he showed them what real leadership was. The entire career field is diminished by his passing. He was a member of the Beebe Church of Christ where he served as a song leader and was currently the middle school Sunday school teacher. Warren Ray also served as song leader at Beebe Retirement Center. He was very active in the Disabled American Veterans, and he worked part time for the Clinton Presidential Library as a security guard. Warren Ray is survived by his wife, Susan Grogan of Beebe; four children, James Davis Beasley of Orlando, Florida, Diana Grogan (Jason) Riddle of Southaven, Mississippi, Julie Beasley (Andy) Jones of Lompoc, California and Annie Beasley (Ron) Ginn of St. Augustine, Florida; seven grandchildren, Rachel Elizabeth Wisdom, Rebekah Anne Wisdom, Jackson Dean Wisdom, Joslyn Kaelani Riddle, Jason Lloyd Riddle, Jr., Aidan Robert Jones and Asher Ray Jones; his mother, Mary Ruth Grogan of Beebe; two sisters, Ruth Ann Dawson of Searcy and Bonnie Jean Grogan of Beebe; and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, James Warren Grogan, and a sister, Wilma Lou Grogan. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, December 1, 2017 at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Funeral service arrangements will be announced at a later date.
