Peggy Richie of North Little Rock born November 30, 1944 to the late Zedichi and Lucinda Harshaw Waller died November 14, 2017. She was preceded in death by parents, brothers, Bennie, James and Jackie Ray Waller. Precious memories are left to one brother, Ronnie Waller, children, Mechelle, Angelia, Mark and Melinda Richie, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Private Services will be held.
