Rachel Lucille "Bobbye" Scroggin

Rachel Lucille "Bobbye" Scroggin, 73, of Benton, passed away on November 28, 2017. She was born June 22, 1944 in Manila, Arkansas to the late Hershel and Gladys Russell. Rachel was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Donnie Russell. She is survived by her husband, Benny Scroggin of Benton, daughter, Bernadette (Travis) Singer of Donaldson, son, Benny (Meredith) Scroggin of Little Rock, sisters, Hazel Vandegrift of Benton, Joyce (Larry) Kleimann of North Little Rock, brother, Earl (Collette) Russell of Wallace, Idaho, grandchildren, Allan and Lexie Singer, Noelle and Liza Scroggin. Pallbearers will be Wade Vandegrift, Hershel Russell, Beau Russell, Dan Nichols, Travis Singer and Allan Singer. Graveside Services by Ashby Funeral Home will be 2 p.m. Friday at Fairplay Cemetery with Virgil Vandegrift officiating. Visitation will be 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Thursday at Ashby Funeral Home.
