Dr. Letha Joyce Mosley, Ph.D., OCTA, FOTA, 59, of Conway, Ark. departed this life on Saturday, October 7, 2017. She was born November 29, 1957 in Oklahoma City, OK to Rev. Wilbert C. Mosley and Mary Lou Mosley. She was a College Professor at the University of Central Arkansas and a member of Greater Pleasant Branch Baptist Church and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Survivors nine siblings, Barbra Robertson, Jewel Steverson, Linda Benson, Leroy Davis, Bishop Wilbert C. (Jean) Mosley, Jr., Rev. Ivan (Anna) Mosley, Rev. Dennis Mosley, Rev. David Mosley, and Rev.
