William "Bill" Paul Dawkins

William "Bill" Paul Dawkins, 79, of Bella Vista, Ark., died Oct. 25, 2017. He was born on March 5, 1938 in Dunn Center, N.D., to William Paul Dawkins, Sr., and Naomi Grace Boe Dawkins. He served in the United States Army. He was vice President in 1980 of American Thai Chamber of Commerce; Board of Directors for International School of Bangkok; Sales Director for Firestone Tire & Rubber Company Thailand from 1973–1981; Commercial Attaché for American Embassy, Bangkok, Thailand from 1985–1990; and Royal Bangkok Sports Club from 1985-2002. He moved to Bella Vista in 2002 from Bangkok, Thailand. He was a member of St. Theodore's Episcopal Church. He was preceded in death by his by his parents, wife, Dianne A. Dawkins, and brother, Barry L. Dawkins. He is survived by one son, Daniel C. Dawkins of Bella Vista, Ark.; one daughter, Deborah Ann Barnes and husband, Stephan of Springdale, Ark.; and four grandchildren, David Dawkins, Stephan W. Barnes, Justin W. Barnes, and Sydney Elizabeth Barnes. A Memorial Service will be at 11 a.m. Nov. 1 at St. Theodore's Episcopal Church, Bella Vista, Ark.
