Evelyn Fern Bowen

Evelyn Fern Bowen, 76, of New Edinburg died. Born September 23, 1940, she was a daughter of the late W.J. Morgan and Martha Jean Morgan. She is survived by her husband, Watt Bowen; two sons, Sonny Bowen, Dean Bowen; two daughters, Shelia Towery, Rosie Pierce, all of New Edinburg; one brother, Larry Morgan of Fordyce; one sister, Virginia Mann of Longview, Texas; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation: Friday from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce with funeral following 2:30 p.m. Friday at Benton Funeral Home. Burial at Smith-Morgan Cemetery.
