He never lost his love for flying. After graduating from college with a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, he moved to California to work in the steel and chemical industry. He loved working with his hands and puttering in his workshop or in and around the house on various projects. He was an accomplished woodworker and was considered to be a jack of all trades. Prior to moving to the Village, Jack and Frankie had resided in Ontario, Calif. He enjoyed the serenity and security of the Village and had stated that he didn't think he would want to live any place else. Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m., on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at Village Christian Church in Hot Springs Village with Pastor Larry Farthing and Don Henry officiating.
