Leonel Lee Luna

Leonel Lee Luna, 61, of Bentonville, and formerly of Fort Smith passed away on Sept. 4, 2017 in Fort Smith. He was born June 30, 1956 in Guatemala City, Guatemala to Leonel Luna and Carmen Aquino. He served as an LPN for both Sparks Regional Medical Center and Mercy Hospital. Two of his passions were photography and cars and he was a member of Sacred Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Barling. He is survived by his wife Terry Priest of Fort Smith; two sons, Chris Luna of Fort Smith and Andrew Von Ahn Luna of New York, step daughters, Katie Staed of Bentonville, Ark., and Christina Krag of Ill.; and the mother of his children Lorraine Luna of Fort Smith. Funeral service will be Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2017 at 2 p.m. in the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel. Services and cremation are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
