Joe Ray Richardson

Joe Richardson of Fort Smith, passed away September 4. He was born October 15, 1926. He is survived by his wife Doris Richardson; two children RaJeana Dukes, and Gary Richardson, four grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service held at the National Cemetery on, Thursday, September 7, 2017 at 2 p.m.
