Robert Carl Stout Master Sergeant Robert Carl Stout, 70, passed away on Sept. 17, 2017 in Lonoke, Ark. Robert was born May 8, 1947. He retired from the USAF in 1987 after 21 years of service. Robert is survived by his wife, Buagaeo Stout; two daughters, Theresa Stout and Brenda Spence; and five grandchildren. Memorial service will be at 11 a.m., Monday, Sept. 25, 2017 at Mount Zion Methodist Church in Lonoke, Ark. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
