Joann Walters

Joann Walters, age 69, went to be with her Lord on September 26, 2017. She was born December 18, 1947 in Fayetteville, Ark. to the late Virgil and Idena Morris Clark. She was a housewife, a member of Berry Street Baptist Church in Springdale and loved helping people and loved everyone. She is survived by her son, Daniel Walters of Springdale, Ark., one nephew, Chris Walters of Bentonville, Ark., one mother-in-law, Helen Walters of Mississippi, and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Don Walters, her mother, Idena Clark and her father, Virgil Clark. Funeral service will be held on Friday, September 29 at 12 noon at the Berry Street Baptist Church in Springdale. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 10 until 12 noon at the church. Interment will follow in Silent Grove Cemetery in Springdale. Donations may be made to Berry Street Baptist Church. Services are under the care of Rollins Funeral Home of Rogers.
