James Ross Hall
James Ross Hall was born in Searcy, Ark., October 17, 1972. He died April 3, 2018. He was 45 years old and a lifelong resident of Searcy.
Ross was a 1991 graduate of Searcy High School. While there, he was a member of the National Honor Society, FCA, Junior Review, Lion, King and S Clubs, a letterman in baseball and track, a three-year letterman in football, and All-Conference Honorable mention in football. He attended Delta State University in Cleveland, Miss., and Arkansas State University, Jonesboro, Ark.
Ross was a baptized Christian, a loving husband, proud father, caring son, brother and uncle. He loved the out-of-doors and enjoyed hunting, fishing, golf, watching his daughters cheerlead and play soccer.
Ross is survived by his wife, Debbie Rogers Hall; daughters, Macy DeShaun Hall and Emma Grace Hall; parents, Susan Ross Craig Hall and Richard D. Hall, all of Searcy; his brother, Heath Hall; sister-in-law, Margaret; and nephews, James Michael Hall and John Thomas Hall, of Hot Springs, Ark. Also surviving are his mother- and father-in-law, Shirley and John Rogers, of Beebe; sister-in-law, Nina Douell; and niece, Lauren Douell, of Searcy. Ross was a member of First United Methodist Church and Seekers Sunday School Class of Searcy.
A visitation with the family will be held Sunday, April 8, 2-4 p.m. in the stateroom of Powell Funeral Home of Searcy.
