Emma Lee Phillips

Emma Lee Phillips, age 87, of Bentonville, Arkansas passed away at home on Thursday, April 5th, 2018. Mrs. Phillips was born March 21st, 1931 to Edwin and Myrtle Boyd of Bentonville. Emma married the love of her life, Gene Phillips, on December 16th, 1948. She worked as an Accountant for Cooper Communities for many years. Mrs. Phillips was preceded in death by her parents, Edwin Boyd and Myrtle Woods Boyd, one brother, Tom Boyd, one son, Larry Phillips, and her daughter, Debra Thomas. She is survived by her husband, Gene Phillips, two sons, David Phillips, and Kendall Phillips (Samantha), one sister Leona Ball (Bill), one brother Bill Boyd (Beverly), eight grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, and many other family and friends. Visitation will be held at Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home, Monday, April 9th, 2018 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Funeral service will be at 11:00am Tuesday, April 10th, 2018 at Benton County Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow.
