Lillie Mae Thompson

Lillie Mae Thompson, 81, of Bentonville passed away Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at her home. She was born April 10, 1937 in Jay, Oklahoma to William Jess and Fanny McGee Rutherford. Lillie loved gardening, quilting, taking care of her grandchildren and shopping at garage sales. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary for 51 years. Survivors include her friend and companion, Art Easterday of the home; four sons, one daughter, two brothers, one sister, six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Private burial services will be at Fayetteville National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Bella Vista American Legion Post # 341 Women's Auxiliary, 1889 Bella Vista Way, Bella Vista, Arkansas 72714.
