Doris Ann Boyd

Doris Ann Boyd, age 63, of Springdale passed away Friday April 20, 2018 in Fayetteville. She was born May 28, 1954 in Gary, South Dakota, the daughter of Duane and Mary Alice Greek Hergenroder. She was preceded in death by her father, a niece Tonya Marie VanDerstoyne. She worked as a bank teller for the last 35 years and the last three years were at Arvest at the downtown Springdale branch. She was also very active in the Fayetteville, Springdale Elks Lodge. She is survived by her husband Jim Boyd; her mother Mary Alice Hergenroder of Springdale; two sons Jimi Boyd and Jeremy Boyd and his wife Victoria all of Springdale; two brothers, Dan Hergenroder of Addison, Texas and Dennis Hergenroder and his wife Brenda of Lonsdale, Minnesota; one sister, Denise Kienzle and husband Clyde of Bismarck, North Dakota; four grandchildren and numerous other family members. Rosary will be held 2 p.m. Sunday April 22, 2018 with visitation to follow until 4 p.m. at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be 10:00am Monday at St. Raphael Catholic Church in Springdale.
