Joe Edd Skipper

Joe Edd Skipper, 80, of England, Arkansas passed away on August 25, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents Nelson Nevelle and Edith Skipper and his son Eddie Skipper. He is survived by his daughter, Terri Jo Carle (Tim) and brother, Larry Skipper. He has four grand-children, three great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
