James Clifton Rooters Jr., 67, of Little Rock, Ark., departed this life December 6. He was preceded in death by his parents: James Rooters Sr., Earise Lee Lowe. He leaves to cherish his memory: son: Timothy Coleman; stepmother Fannie Mae Rooters; siblings: George Rooters, Ella Rooters, Clifton Rooters, Billy Rooters, Justin Rooters, Phyllis Davis, Marilyn Irvin, and Rubie McDuffie, three grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
