Freddie Francis Dickson

Freddie Francis Dickson, age 74, of Rose Bud, died Thursday, February 1, 2018 in Searcy. She was born February 18, 1943 in England, Arkansas to Francis Mitchel Bowerman and Millie Rachel Middaugh. She worked for many years as a school cafeteria cook and was a member of Liberty Hill Baptist Church. She is survived by five daughters, Helen Marie Gatrel of Mayflower, Rita Sue Dodge of Searcy, Patricia Ann Ezell and husband Rick of Drasco, Debbie Ann Ross of Southhaven, Mississippi, Michelle Louise Maas of Rose Bud; one son, Michael Henry Maas of Rose Bud; seven brothers, Lee Bowerman, Raymond Bowerman, James Bowerman, Junior Bowerman, Jimmy Bowerman, Walter Kindrex, Jerry Kindrex; 12 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Francis Bowerman and Millie Lockwood; two husbands, Gilbert Maas, Sr., Grover Dickson; one son, Eddie Lee Nash; and two sisters, Louisa Mae Kahl, and Opal Davis. Visitation is Saturday from 6 until 8 p.m. at Powell Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Powell Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Rose Bud Cemetery.
