George Franklin Schaub

George Franklin Schaub, 95, passed away January 23, 2018 surrounded by family. He was born December 10, 1922 in Bunker Hill, Ill. He served with the 8th Air Force/92nd Bomb Group during WWII in the skies over Germany. George was a Custom Home builder in suburban Chicago and Fairfield Bay, Ark., where he resided for 26 years. Surviving George is his wife of 71 years, Lois Schaub; daughters, Jan Mc Mahon (Jim) and Jill Marriner (Tom); granddaughters Jenine Mc Mahon-Peace, Jamee Stephens (Chris) and Megan Marriner; and great-grandchildren Josh, Sammi and Lyndi. A Mass of the Resurrection will be held February 9, 2018 at Concordia Retirement Center at 10 a.m. Donations to St. Jude in lieu of flowers. A full obituary can be found at www.funeralmation.com.
