Joyce M. Saylors, 74, died Friday. Survivors: three children, Ronnie Nelson (Pamela), Rebecca Jennings (Robert) and Kevin Jackson; sister, Judy Rietel (Louis); brother, Chuck Rodgers (Brenda); two dogs (her babies), Beethoven and Sophie; eight grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
