OC (Mike) Smith Jr., 62, of Little Rock, Ark. passed away Monday March 12, 2018. Funeral service will be Saturday, 11 a.m. March 17, 2018 at Scott Pentecostal Church, 14900 Hwy. 165, Scott, Ark.
