Kay Ann Talbot Richter

Kay Ann Talbot Richter 73, of Camden, Ark., passed up to heaven on March 23, 2018. She was born on May 16, 1944, in Marysville, Calif. Kay graduated from St. Laurence Nursing School in 1967 as a registered nurse. Kay worked in nursing in several states throughout her years. She worked 8.5 years at OCMC hospital in Camden, Ark. Kay was an avid golfer, she loved cruising with family and friends. Kay took care of family members throughout her 73 years. She was predeceased by her father, George Talbot, and mother, Artie Talbot; her brother, Michel Talbot, and her grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Kay was survived by her husband of 50 years, Glen Richter of Camden, Ark., a sister, Kris Woods (Jim) of Vancouver, Wash.; a brother, Jeffery Talbot (Helene) of Palm Harbor, Fla.; aunt Donna Schnebelt of Morrice, Mich., and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Proctor Funeral Home, Camden. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Muscular Dystrophy Association in the name of the TALBOT Family. A very special thanks to Dr. Dan Martin for the excellent care that he and his staff has given to Kay for the past 30 years. Also, a special thanks to the Doctors and nursing staff of the ICU and at St. Vincent Hospital Hot Springs, OCMC Hospital in Camden, and long term care at the Christus Dubuis Hospital.
