Charlotte A. Augustin, 91, of Bella Vista died Thursday, March 8, at Concordia Health and Rehab. She was born 6/25/1926 in Indianapolis. She is survived by six siblings and their families. Memorial mass will be held on Tuesday, March 27, at St. Bernard Catholic Church, Bella Vista, at 10 a.m.
