Loyd L. Tibbs, 82, of Mena, Arkansas passed away May 10, 2018 in Mena. Graveside services Monday, May 14, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Pinecrest Memorial Park under the direction of the Beasley Wood Funeral Home of Mena.
