Anna Belle Sniff, 92, of North Little Rock passed away on May 13, 2018. She was born on December 27, 1925 in Jacksonville, Ark. to Isaac E and Lottie M. (Walker) Swicegood. She was a retired secretary with Government Agencies. She was a member of Lakewood United Methodist Church, and was a past Democratic Woman of the Year and served with every Democratic Governor since Orval Faubus. She is survived by her sons, Robert Sniff (Liz) of Holiday Island, Ark. and David Sniff of North Little Rock; grandchildren, Holly Day (Matt) of Decatur, Ga., Kevin Sniff (Ashley) of North Little Rock, Burl Sniff (Elizabeth) of Fayetteville and Mark Sniff (Jessica) of North Little Rock; six grandchildren; sister, Jean Purifoy of Little Rock and a host of other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Robert Burl Sniff, two brothers and four sisters. Funeral services will 11 a.m. on Friday, May 18, 2018 at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct., Little Rock, Ark. 72205 with Dave Woodman officiating. Burial will follow at Arkansas State Veterans in North Little Rock. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association National Office, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Fla. 17, Chicago, Ill. 60601.
