Frank Philip Saneda age 52 of Little Rock, passed away on May 11, 2018 at home in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born March 25, 1966 in Bryan, Ohio to his parents Frank and Patricia (Welsh) Saneda. Phil went to school in Bryan through his eleventh grade. He was a sports player in baseball, football and wrestling during those years in Bryan. His mother married Harvey "Dude" Bell in 1976 and in March 1983 they moved to Arkansas. Phil finished his high school in 1984 at White Hall High School. Phil then attended Pulaski Technical College. He became a very accomplished painter for over 20 years. In 2010, Phil started a new business called Breeze Carpet Cleaning and he operated this business until he died. On September 1992, Philip married Kimberly Edmondson. They were blessed with two children, Justin Tyler Saneda and Faith Mary Saneda who survive him. His son Justin married Karen Lee and blessed Philip and Kim with two grandchildren, Gunner and Ryleigh Saneda. On May 20, 2016 Kim passed away due to cancer. Phil became both mom and dad to his children. Philip is survived by his father, Frank Saneda Jr., of Bryan, Ohio, his mother Patricia Bell, Ohio. His siblings Kerry Saneda Williams of North Little Rock, Ark., Gini Saneda Nihart of Bryan of Ohio; brothers, Adam Bell and Daniel Bell of Little Rock and Nathan and Kristal Saneda of Beulah, Michigan; grandchildren, Gunner and Ryleigh Saneda of Conway, Ark.; uncles, Frank Welsh, Sherwood, Ark. and Terry Welsh, Bryan, Ohio and Bob Saneda, Bryan, and Walter and Jimmy Saneda. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m, Thursday, May 17, 2018 at East Union Mission Baptist Church at 20422 North Springlake Road, Hensley, Arkansas 72065. Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m., Friday at East Union Missionary Baptist Church. Arrangements are by Ruebel Funeral Home. www.ruebelfuneralhome.com.
