Wonna Sue (Hartwick) Passmore

Wonna Sue (Hartwick) Passmore, 80, of Guy, went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 16, 2018, at her home. She was born on November 20, 1937 in Guy, Arkansas, to the late Brady and Opie (Holland) Hartwick. Sue was preceded in death by her sister, Pat Conrade, of Ward, her brother, Seth Hartwick of Guy, her sister, Daisy Mercer, of Guy, and her sister Audrey Dowdy, of Greenbrier. Sue was a member of Copperas Springs Baptist Church in Guy. She was a devoted wife, mother, Meemaw, sister, and aunt who spent her entire life loving, caring for, and serving others. She enjoyed gardening and tending to all her flowers and plants and had a special gift of a green thumb. She could find the beauty and usefulness in everyday things. Sue loved with all her heart and offered up her hospitality to all who crossed her path. Sue was loved very much by all her friends and her very large family, who will dearly miss her listening ear, her hugs and kisses, her "I love you's", and her quiet grace. Left to cherish her memory is her loving family, her husband of 62 years, Waymon Passmore, her brothers, Jumpy (Donita) Hartwick, and Bogan (Patricia) Hartwick, her daughters, Virginia (Danny) Wiedower, and Annette (Bobby) Wilson, her sons, Johnny (Kathy) Passmore, Robert (Tori) Passmore, and George (Amanda) Passmore, her 12 grandchildren, Laurie Wiedower, Jeremy Wiedower, Josh Wilson (LaTonya), Ryan (Lacey) Wilson, Brian (Megan) Wilson, Johnny Lee Passmore, Michelle (Cody) Cook, Blake (Allison) Passmore, Ethan Passmore, Randi Passmore, Samantha Passmore, and Suzanne (TJ) Mask, 13 great-grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews, and numerous lifelong friends. Funeral service will be at 3:00pm, Sunday, November 18, 2018 at Copperas Springs Baptist Church in Guy, with visitation one hour prior, and interment to follow at Copperas Springs Cemetery in Guy.
