Charles Richard Tarter

Charles Richard Tarter, 77, of Hazen passed away September 24, 2018. He was a former farm manager and a licensed Baptist minister. Charles was preceded in death by his wife, Chloe; his parents, Arthur and Ruby Hardke Tarter; his brother, William "Butch" Tarter; and infant brother, Bobby Joe. He is survived by his son, Bobby Joe of Hazen, sister-in-law, Denise Tarter of North Little Rock and nephew, Keith Tarter of North Little Rock. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 26, 2018 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Westbrook Funeral Home in Hazen. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, September 27 at Center Point Missionary Baptist Church in Hazen. Burial will be in the Carlisle Cemetery.
