Velensia Renee Hill, 55, Georgia, departed this life Sunday, April 14, 2019. She is preceded in death by her mother, Bobbie Jean Hill. She is survived by her father, Earl Hill, Sr.; two brothers, Earl Hill, Jr. and Eric (Janelle) Hill; niece, Ella Renee Hill; wonderful and dedicated caretaker, Cynthia Smith; and a host of beloved aunts, uncles, cousins and devoted friends.
