Doreen Georgia Inmon

Doreen Georgia Inmon, 80, of Mayflower, Ark., went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, November 19, 2019. She was born July 23, 1939, in Portland, Ore., to the late Robert and Lorraine (Johnson) Potter. Doreen was also preceded in death by her siblings, Robert, Richard and Jay Potter. Doreen had a nurturing, selfless personality which led her to choose a career in nursing. She was devoted to taking care of the people around her especially her children and her animals. She was the rock of the family and will be dearly missed by all who loved her. Left to cherish her memory is her loving family; sons, Ferlin Isham of Reno, Penn., and Faron Isham of Mayflower; daughters, Anita Hynum (Leonard) of Maumelle, and Darlene Blankenship of Mayflower; grandchildren, Roger "David" Blankenship, Jr., Jimmy Don Henderson, Jr., Robert Lynn Patterson, Tina Hicks, Sandra Hagan, Michael Isham and Christopher Patterson; great-grandchildren, Lucas Hicks, Christian Hicks, Alisha Hicks, Robert Patterson, Jr., Declan Hagan and Norah Hagan; five great-great-grandchildren; siblings, Eileen, Janet, Jimmy, Arthur, Annette, Michael and Susan Potter; and many more family and friends. A funeral service will be at 9:30 a.m., Monday, November 25, 2019, at Graves Memorial Baptist Church in North Little Rock; interment will be at 12 noon at Thorn Cemetery in Greenbrier.
