Gaynelle Louise Smith

Gaynelle Louise Smith, 74, of Alexander, died September 14, 2019. She was born on January 6, 1945, to the late Max and Louise Jones Markley. She was retired from the State of Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Bill; daughters, Caryn (David) Smart and Stacey Ball; grandson, Dylan Ball; granddaughter, Emily Ball; brother, John (Nita) Markley; sister, Cindy (Rick) Johnson; and a large extended family. The family would like to thank the staff of Elite Hospice of Central Arkansas, and the staff of Amberwood Nursing and Rehabilitation.
