Charles Andrew "A.C." Freeman, 80, of North Little Rock, passed away Monday, December 28, 2020, from complications of Covid-19 pneumonia. He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Mamie Helvey Freeman, and two sons, Kerry Todd Freeman and Kevin Blake Freeman. He is survived by his two sons, Bart Freeman (Schlain) of White Hall and Chris Freeman (Dedra) of Little Rock; his seven grandchildren, Karie Freeman Bryan (Christopher), Conner Freeman, Austin Freeman (Madison), Andrew Freeman, Ann Freeman, Allison Freeman, and Ashley Freeman; a brother, Gerald Dean Freeman; and a nephew, Steve Freeman. A.C. served in the Air National Guard of Arkansas and as a reserve of the U.S. Air Force. He was a very driven, dedicated, hardworking businessman with many business ventures, including owning several Miller Beer distributorships for over twenty-four years. A.C. was a certified public accountant, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of the Arkansas Institute of Certified Public Accountants. A.C. was an avid duck hunter and lifetime member of Ducks Unlimited. His sons will always remember the time they got to spend with their dad duck hunting at Prairie Wings and Goose Lake hunting clubs. No matter how many people showed up to hunt, they were always welcomed. A.C. enjoyed cooking for and entertaining his guests. He loved being surrounded by his friends and family. He also enjoyed traveling. Better known as "Pop" to his grandchildren, he loved spending time with them most of all. They put a smile on his face like nothing else could.
