Zach Meyer, an eighth-grader from Cleburne County, recently competed in the Texas Rifle Association State Smallbore and Pellet Rifle Championship at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. Meyer hopes to land a spot in the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
